No other warranties

Finflow Technologies Private Limited and its suppliers disclaim all warranties and conditions, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, with regard to all products and services developed, provided, or marketed by us, and the provision of or failure to provide support services.

Finflowis provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that synced Tally data will always reflect real-time desktop figures. Network delays, Tally desktop availability, and third-party infrastructure may affect sync timing and accuracy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Finflow Technologies Private Limited or its suppliers, partners, or affiliates be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use our products or services, or the provision of or failure to provide support services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the six months preceding the claim, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

Business decisions

Finflow displays business and accounting information sourced from your Tally setup. Reports and metrics are for informational purposes. You are solely responsible for business, tax, compliance, and financial decisions made using information shown in the app.

Tally, TallyPrime, and Tally ERP 9 are trademarks of their respective owners. Finflowis an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, connected to, or sponsored by Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd. or any of its affiliates. Use of Tally-related names on this website is solely to indicate compatibility of our services with Tally software, in accordance with honest practices and without any intention to mislead customers or take unfair advantage of the trademark's distinct character.

Our service may integrate with or link to third-party platforms (including Razorpay, cloud hosting providers, and email services). We are not responsible for the availability, security, or practices of those third parties. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
