Payment Terms

These payment terms apply to purchases made on the Finflow website. By completing a payment, you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Service.

Payment processor

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Finflow does not store your full card or UPI credentials. Razorpay handles payment authentication and settlement in accordance with RBI guidelines and PCI-DSS standards.

Pricing and currency

All prices on our pricing page are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable GST (currently 18%) is added at checkout unless stated otherwise. GST-registered businesses may claim input tax credit as per applicable law. The amount charged at checkout is the final price shown for your selected plan.

Metrics plan billing

• One-time payment for a 6-month subscription period.
• Subscription covers access for the plan scope described on the pricing page. Additional devices, companies, or users may require separate plans or add-ons.
• Access is provisioned after payment verification and onboarding.
• No automatic renewal unless we explicitly offer and you opt in.

Payment confirmation

After a successful payment, you will be redirected to our onboarding page. You will also receive an email confirmation once your details are submitted. Keep your Razorpay payment ID for support and refund requests.

Failed or duplicate payments

If a payment fails, no charge is made. If you believe you were charged twice or received an incorrect amount, contact us with your payment ID within 7 days.

Invoices and GST

Tax invoices are issued to the email address provided during onboarding or contact. For GST-registered businesses, include your GSTIN in your onboarding details or contact message.
